My wife and I recently had the delightful opportunity to visit See's Candies in Vacaville, and our experience was nothing short of wonderful. As we were enjoying a delicious bowl of ramen from a nearby eatery, we couldn't help but notice the charming candy store across the street. My wife, a devoted fan of See's Candy, had introduced me to their delectable treats earlier this year, and I quickly became enamored with their exquisite assortment of chocolates.

Upon stepping into the establishment, we were warmly greeted by a delightful lady whose genuine friendliness and bubbly demeanor instantly put us at ease. She graciously assisted us, offering samples of various chocolates to help us make our selections. Her recommendations were spot-on, and we found ourselves leaving with an array of delectable treats that she had personally suggested.

I was pleasantly surprised by the sheer deliciousness of the chocolates we sampled, and I wholeheartedly encourage anyone who has not yet experienced See's Candy to indulge in their divine creations. Very good Candies and normally a very good customer experience. Today, however, that was not the case. All I wanted was a couple of pre sorted boxes, so I was waiting to be helped by the register. The employee who is balding with a beard was very rude by his tone when telling me that there was only one line, which was for the custom boxes and takes forever. There are three registers in the store. One of which is in the corner, specifically for people who do not want customized boxes and, of course, was not open. I think that See's has specifically designed their stores this way, but the management at the local level is not utilizing the design properly, and I think the franchisee should be fined. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they still had a process to check out customer's that do not need customized boxes, but this was...

Been wanting to try their Scotchmallows and finally had to chance to stop by here. The lady and gentleman employees inside were very nice and so helpful and they offer a sample of their chocolate. Upon entering the place is so clean and organized and loved the blasting AC. It’s nice to be in a cool store after walking around in the Vacaville weather. Although the store is a bit small they are pretty well stocked. They are currently having a sale because it is Mary See’s bday month. Just look for the green tags.
