Nikki and Chris were amazing. I lost my hat last week, that had sentimental value. The hat I purchased at Charlies among many other items one trip to Vail this summer. I was crushed, then Chris and Nikki went on a hunt to find me a replacement hat in the store like the one I lost, with very little description. They took their valuable time and searched, sending me pictures over a week's period. Finally, it was discovered and cannot tell you how grateful I was for their customer service attention. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! One of the managers, Chris, went above and beyond to help me resolve a t-shirt error. Bought a ton of a stuff on a recent trip and got the wrong size but Chris provided multiple options to help me resolve my self-created issue. Apparently the wife thought it was great, but I just wish she would learn to cool it on buying souveneirs in general. She said prices were better than other shops in Vail, and the quality of the shirts was better than some of the other places. Vail is too pricey for anything. Be frugal and save your money for the food and the price you pay to stay in Vail Village because the prices are a gotcha...
