The Market At Vail — Local services in Vail

It’s definitely convenient! However I’m always kind of annoyed that the music is so insanely/unreasonably loud. Some areas literally have the speaker close to the level of your head so its just blaring in your face while youre trying to find something. Also, today two seemingly teenage girls worked the register while I was trying to check out. They barely said a word to me, shoved all my heavy items in one bag that would obviously rip within two minutes if I tried to use the flimsy handles, and then never offered a receipt. Shout out to the manager who slapped me on the back this afternoon, said "that's just Colorado Law" and walked away. No further explanation and no resemblance of customer service to try and find a solution. Wasn't until the nice cashier offered to make an exchange that remotely resolved a colossal failure of service. The manager is lucky that he caught someone at the tail end of a lovely weekend in Vail..touching customers might not be in his best interest...

My family and I have been coming to this store awhile; and I just need to say the manger is the weirdest person. He always touches one of us on the back in a weird manner, also I watch how he acts with the little Girls who work there and it really bothers me and my family.
