We usually have a great experience but our last few times have been unpleasant. The same lady is very rude both to myself, fiancee, daughter, and other customers. She loudly said she was getting to it when I asked her if my meal came with a drink. Her facial expressions showed as if I was inconveniencing her in some way, and she looked very angry, then also used a child like voice to mimic me. I was embarrassed to say the least in front of all the customers I did not mean to rush her putting my order together, but I felt this is her job and if she does not want to work at this job than please do not, and do not treat people in this manner! I was also given stale chips and in some other kind of package that normally does not come with the meal I ordered. I felt bullied! My daughter always gets this type of reaction from this same person and is afraid to order because she feels this person goes out of their way to be hateful. From the minute we walked in to the minute we left - the total experience was so good we detoured on our way home to stop AGAIN on Saturday afternoon. Frank and the other employee working that night took time to chat with us, ask questions, were efficient making our food and could not have been nicer. We drove to Columbus thru Indianapolis and home thru Fort Wayne. Again - we drove up to see Frank and his team (we called to make sure he was working) so we could stop again. We have a Rugby Tourney in April in Indiana - and we already know we will stop in again. Customer service is all you have in the world today - and you are lucky to have it in Frank. We explain we are not with door dash and the order is indeed for us and are met with attitude and chicken flung on the burrito like it was some sort of inconvenience that the order was for us and not a DoorDash. Just the poor attitude is enough to turn me away but then they placed my receipt..... in the bag that contained my chips. The burrito was wrapped so poorly it practically became a ātear open the bag and eat from it like a plate with a fork situationā with the contents of the burrito all over. Blah.
