I finally pulled the trigger. After nearly two years of research and going back and forth, I kept coming back to Iron & Resinâand now I know why.
First off, a huge thank you to whoever runs their customer service. Seriously, they were incredibly patient with me over the phone and via email, answering all my questions without a hint of frustration. That alone set the bar high.
Then today, my package arrived: the Ranger Jacket, Two Million Mile Tees, and Union Pants. I cannot overstate how absolutely dumbfounded I am by the quality. The second I put them on, I could feel itâthe craftsmanship, the comfort, the undeniable attention to detail. These pieces arenât just clothing; they feel like an investment, built to last and get better with time.
What really sets these apart is how durable they feel without being stiff or confining. Thereâs a ruggedness to them, but not at the expense of comfortâthey move with you, not against you. And the attention to detail? The heritage feel? Beyond anything Iâve seen before. Every stitch, every fabric choice, every design element feels intentional, built with a purpose. Itâs the kind of gear you know will tell a story years down the road.
I am a harsh critic, rarely left speechless. But this? This has me at a loss for words. Iron & Resin, you have earned a customer for life. In fact, Iâm already placing another order as we...
Read moreThe ownerâs wife who answered the phone I believe her name was Laura was extremely rude. When I called about a pant I saw online, she did not know that they had changed the name of the pant and originally said they did not have a pant called the anvil pant. After I questioned her on this, she said that they mustâve changed the name and nobody told her. Oh well, then I asked her where it is made, and she began to get very defensive. I asked her if the pant is made in Asia? She continued to be very defensive and said ânone of our clothing is made in China if thatâs what you were trying to ask meâ I said âwell, where is the pant made then?â She told me it was made in Pakistan. I told her Pakistan is in Asia and it is a Muslim country. She hung up on me. I spoke to James the owner of the Denver store and he is super chill. This Laura lady who claims to be one of the owners needs to learn how to speak to customers. If youâre going to claim to be an American company, donât get defensive when your potential customers ask where your...

Store Manager, Keone, is the epitome of a great retail leader. They were quick to follow up on this incredibly frustrating experience and pulled out all the stops to right the wrong without passing blame.
Thanks, Keone, I look forward to shipping again soon! Maybe
Good quality products that last and get better over time but it's a shame the retail employees don't hold up to the same standards.
I called last week to check the availability of the Moto Pannier Bag to which I was told was in stock and would be placed on hold for me. After driving from LA to Ventura to pick it up, I was handed a Moto Tank Bag. Far from the product I requested even though I used their specific product name. "I hope you didn't drive far for this," was all the employee could offer.
Bummer as this was going to be my second pannier bag that I was purchasing to go with mine from...
