Not on point the baristas are children with little experience . Ruining the beacon coffee .

So bummed out when the other two coffee shops down the road are closed.

The owner should take notice when a customer dreads going back.

(Old review ) Great coffee .fair priced until you get to extra shot which is insane at 2 or 2.50 . All lates even largest one only come with one shot it is weird it is like serving milk. Way Too many items instore . Feels dirty in sitting area . And most of items are way overpriced for the clueless sit on shelf collect dust. The beacon coffee they carry is amazing and always so freshly roasted. But other items there are just offensive. . Putting dog bleep chocolate at the counter . REAL CLASSY

Ps . This establishment should have many small simplified locations throughout ventura and be foundation of the community . Like blenders or toppers. The owner should actually open wherever there are blenders . Even link up .

Ps Higher a designer or someone with taste to do your store it has so much potential. It is very unwelcoming u see the same loitering people there all the time . Needs to be fresh feeling with light and ventura main street architecture...

The staff behind the counter are amazing. Service is prompt. Food is delicious. They're always accommodating. They provide a great experience. However, the two people, a man and a woman, in the back---not sure if they're owners or managers---are terrible. The restroom was filthy, and I asked the woman who I needed to tell. She was dismissive and told me I should let someone else use the restroom if I didn't want to use it. She even rolled her eyes. Incredibly rude and dismissive. How dare a customer want to use the restroom. I told her that I needed to use it and then walked over to the counter and told one of the attendants. I then waited for him by the restroom. The man in the back told me that the restroom needed to be closed until it could be cleaned, only for the attendant to walk right behind him, telling me he's going to clean it. I expected the owners/managers of this place to have the same attitude as their staff. I wonder who trained the lovely people behind...

I really love this place because of the vibes inside, the little things they have to purchase, and the icecream BUT every time I come here the stuff is never nice. It feels like they hate their job. They never smile, never say thank you, don’t even acknowledge you as a person. I’ve been here like 4x and the vibes I get from the staff is never welcoming. All they literally have to say “hi” “good morning” with a genuine smile but I give up I’m not buying coffee from there to avoid the staff. Plus when I was waiting to get my icecream there was no one there, they told me I had to wait for the girl who serve there I waiting for like 10 min in line, I was the only one waiting. She never showed up so I left. I left and decided I should get coffee somewhere else and ice cream somewhere else. I ended up going to Palm and Boy great staff and coffee.
