The staff is pretty friendly but I am pretty frustrated with the way the warranty's are handled. I purchased a brand new Samsung washer and dryer set and have only had them 6 months and already it is coding and won't drain and spin. It falls under warranty to be checked out and fixed but unfortunately I have to be without a washer for 2 weeks because that is when the person will be out next from Orem that takes care of the warranties. When looking through the manual at the code it is possibly just a clogged drain hose. So I get to have the cost and expense of having to go to a laundromat. I would not go to aarons if it was the only place to get furniture in utah. I live altamont and justt returned a 65 inch television and my washer and dryer today after listening to brandon and dustin talk very badly of me for 10 minutes when they forgot to hang up the phone.
