Indian River Square — Local services in Vero Beach

This is a large , very crowded and busy shopping center with a Bealls, dollar store, Target, Panera Bread, Carvel and others, It adjoins another shopping center to the west with a Lowes, Best Buy, Michaels, Bed Bath and Beyond and other stores. There are many ways in and out of this center. Unfortunately the main roadway coming in off 60th has no traffic control so folks crossing through from on part of the center to another could easily be hit by a vehicle entering from 60th. I have seen a number of near misses so be careful. There are lights in the lot and it appears to be pretty clean. How do you close entrance doors to the mall when it rains and make people walk around the mall in the rain because the parking lot is full. Now im.soaking wet freezing in a movie with my family because the parking lot by the movies was full. The nearest parking spot was right in front of the entrance east of Friday's but they were locked with a sign saying closed do to rain leaving me walking in the rain to go meet my family.
