Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Florida

It hurts my heart to not give my favorite quick service restaurant a 5 star review. With a heavy heart I do so because It needs to be said. Over time Chick-fil-A has maintained quality at an ever increasing price. But there does reach a point where the quality, cost and quantity don't all match up. 3 years ago you would almost pay half the price you pay now for a single sandwich, which will almost definitely be half, if your lucky, the size of what it used to be. I used to visit this location 3 or 4 times a week, I even displayed their stuffed cows in my car window. Now I, barely go once a month and the cows are all faded.

These pictures are just an example of how it is now. You can't fully tell in the picture but the whole center of my sandwich was only 1/3 inch tall. The chicken itself was thinner than the bottom bun. It might just be because I remember how it used to be, but now when I leave Chick-fil-A I don't have that same satisfied feeling that I used to get. When I eat my sandwich it almost makes me sad. I went thru drive thru and everything was good till they gave me my order..... I was missing the dressing straws and the drink was watered down what seemed like to me ... I’m like okay it’ll be fine I’ll go around ... as I go thru again I get the ranch, the straws, and they replaced the drink with the same drink watered down again I repeat the process I go again and again the drink was watered down at this point I tell them you can just give me a sprite as they’re making it they give me the same thing again obviously hi-c is a bright red color not a very light pink clear looking color . I proceed to tell them their syrup is probably out and they ignored it and I asked for a refund for just the drink they ignored me again I just took the watered down drink and left (mind you I went thru 4 times for the same thing over and over thinking...

0 stars is what this place deserves!!! This place has went down hill since opening! Last week during two different visits, we only received 2 out of the 4 meals ordered. Tonight, I ordered a chicken club sandwich with extra pickles and bacon and no bun. After sitting at the order window for 10 minutes (they informed me my chicken was being cooked) they handed me my food bag and I was on my way. However upon opening my food once I had arrived home, I realized that once again my order was incorrect!!! Not only did I not have extra pickles or bacon, the only thing they had given me was a piece of lettuce along with a piece of cheese!!! Seriously!! No chicken, no tomatoes, no pickles, no bacon!!! Wth !! This place is a joke!! 5 incorrect orders in 2 weeks time!!! I refuse...
