Geek Squad — Local services in Vero Beach

Trying to actually call the store is not possible. I am having my computer, basically, rebuilt. I'm getting alerts to pick up my 'order' but it's only the computer parts that came in. Now, I'm getting alerts to pickup my computer, today, one day after the parts came in. I've already been at the store (30mile drive) for the first bogus alert, and now, I'm holding for 25 mins for someone to pick up so I don't go down there, again, for nothing. Multiple communications are redundant, confusing and not correct. The 'local number' for the Vero Beach location will not connect directly to the store. Instead it goes to an 'agent' who looks up the same faulty information that has been transmitted, so now I have the agent reaching out to Geek Squad to confirm my device is ready. Is this REALLY necessary? Why do they have their customers go through...

Terrible.I have had to go back to the store 5 times in order to resolve a problem with the repair loop in Windows 10 which they cannot seem to fix. No return phone calls for three days..I was told to come pick it up last Sunday. The poor agent was so sick he could barely function and when he plugged it in, the screen turned blue and it immediately went into the repair loop so !/2 hour drive out and 1/2 hour drive back for nothing. So we will try again. I am a very loyal Best Buy customer and have had great experiences in Wilkes Barre ,PA and Altoona,PA and Albany,NY. This is the worst store I have ever dealt with across the board, not just the Geek Squad desk but the store operation itself. There is a total lacking of customer service...

Geek squad is the worst they were disrespectful to me they broke my computer they did not fix it then when I ask them for a new one to replace it they would not do that they wouldn’t even give me a discount after they broke my computer and I had proof of it I paid almost $500 for my computer they had an open box for $235 and would not give me a discount on that I don’t recommend geek squad for anyone it’s basically people off the street I don’t know nothing put on nice clothes and pretend they know everything take your money somewhere else and pay a real...
