I always prided myself for my knowledge of computer software and better than basic setup & programming of my laptops. However, time & age have affected my skills causing me to seek a "professional programmer". Well, I hit the jackpot when I found Chris Bodnar!!! I guarantee that you will NEVER find anyone as knowledgeable as Chris. I have 2 laptops that needed his expertise. Chris repaired both laptops and now they are quick, organized, clear of scams & spams and outdated programs. If you ever need a competent, sociable, articulate programmer to set up your equipment, please take this review seriously because you will never find anyone like Chris. You will not regret hiring him. I have found the one & only person to resolve all my problems and, as long as he is within driving distance to me, I will never need to seek out anyone better. I had a 2018 Apple Macbook Pro that had a battery go bad. Computer still has a lot of life left in it but would die very quickly left unplugged. I took my computer somewhere else and the job didnt go well and I thought and was told "no go" I was not going to be able to fix it.

I am very glad I tried these guys because not only did they fix my problem but they fixed 2 other problems that were left behind from the previous job. They found two cables that were not installed correctly.

So in summery, these guys saved my computer not just because they were able to give me a new battery but the two cables that were installed wrong from the previous job were definitely going to give me problems down the road.

Chris took his time and explained everything right from the start.

There should be a 6 star option. Chris was very specific in the details that he left with us on how to scan a document to email. He provided two ways to do this and took the time to write down all of the steps in a word document for us, he saved it and also printed it out. He put a desktop icon for it and to make things as simple as possible. Even for a pair of 80+ year olds. They are the best! I had Wesley and Chris come out today again to help me. They are...
