Great staff that works the floor... But when redeeming coupons from store they DO NOT HONOR what is written on the coupon... and argue with you over $1-4 dollars off....also they charge you more than what the sticker price says. Spent $426...and went to use my 10% ATHLETIC APPAREL COUPON for 3 items that were under that description and 3 workers said NO it's only compression pants... something you would wear to the gym or workout in and the 2nd lady & manager said go look on the website and it will tell you what athletic apparel is...which I did and all 3 items plus a whole lot more were on there that the MANAGER said NO to...very DISAPPOINTED in how I was treated and my FAMILY while buying my NEPHEWS Baseball BIRTHDAY presents. Thank you to the 2 Associates that helped my nephew at the batting cages. She was very in tune on him...making sure he had the correct size helmet, but, and used the correct balls. I have never seen a store take the time to help a child size them on their own to make sure the bat is the correct size unless you specifically ask. I am very grateful for this female associate that took her time to get the bats...make sure his helmet was right and stance correct also. Now myself and my Brother could have done so but that's what they are there for and she was AMAZING. The 2nd Associate was a Male at the helmet sizing station... not only did he help with get us the correct size but also helped with looking for a set of balls for his age group. Both associates went up and beyond doing their job and were VERY POLITE, HELPFUL, DIDNT RUSH US, MADE SURE WE PURCHASED THE RIGHT SIZE AND WEIGHT FOR MY NEPHEW....NOT WHAT LOOKED COOL!!!! THEY TOOK THE TIME AND EFFORT TO MAKE SURE MY NEPHEW WAS SAFE AND I AM EXTREMELY THANKFUL TO BOTH OF THEM!!!! I WISH I HAD THERE NAMES!!! PLEASE KEEP DOING WHAT YOURE DOING ...THE STORE NEEDS EMPLOYEES LIKE YOU THAT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS THAT ARE PEOPLE AND THEIR WELLBEING... I had returned $73.00 back for the cashier(s) attitude and the manager not honoring the coupon on the highest priced item which I asked. So for a 10% off of maybe less than $10 on my 3rd purchase that month... I was treated with disrespect... as though I didnt know what ATHLETIC APPAREL was... made a scene... had my nephew sitting there worried if I was going to buy his Birthday items. My Brother said take all his stuff back but my mom who wanted the bleacher chair to be closer to her Grandson games...since some days she feels ok after her Chemo...decided to return her chair and fans so he could keep his Protective shirt, socks,and gloves... My mom returned all the items I purchased for her so he could keep his Birthday gifts. $73.00 worth all because the Manager & 2 cashiers argued about my 10% coupon. Read moreI came in for a compression sleeve for my knee to one help while working out at the gym and two to help when my knee hurt usually when cold. I push the button to get help picking out the right one for me. Garret was the very nice gentleman who help me. After I push thr button he was there in less then a min. He showed me where the sleeve were and ask me what I would be useing it for. I explain I would use it to help me work out since I dislocated my knee a few year back and I'm trying to not dislocating it again and that my knee sometimes start to hurt because of the cold or just out of the blue. He reccomend the P-Tex pro knit compression knee sleeve. He explain it would help support my knee cap with just the right amount of movement that i needed. He also explain he use this brand himself and it one of their top seller. The selling point for me beside him being a AMAZING sale associate by being quick and making me feel like he really care about what I was looking for is knowing that he use the same knee sleeve himself. Knowing that he use it and like it made me confident in buying one myself. I can't give enough credit to Garret for his help....... Read moreI really want to emphasize that the cashier and store manager, especially the blonde store manager, is very rude and don’t smile to customers or made us feel welcome… the manager has so much pride she didn’t even say hello or greet us. We tried to return some clothes we bought but they didn’t accept our return not even for store credit because they are used the manager said she can’t sell them.. I don’t know what bothered me more, the way she treated us because we are trying to do a return and make us feel unwelcome she didn’t even say thank you shopping with us or sorry about that, she just has terrible customer service I’m surprised she is even a store manager, someone with that amount of rudeness shouldn’t even work in retail… and what bothered me is that so many other stores accept used clothes for store credit and our clothes were in good condition, I told the manager that I called customer service before coming to the store and they said that you would evaluate our clothes, she said she did evaluate them and she can’t resell them. The clothes aren’t damaged or dirty, so I’m not sure how she came to that evaluation, normal wear and tear is expected. I am not coming back to...
