Had a very terrible experience at this store today. Claudia and Marcus we're very rude, they were upset because they're system was down and kept telling me to come back. But I told them I have cash, they said "well we don't have change , so if you don't want to wait, come back later. " I said, "oh no I'll wait." When they gave me the total, it seemed to high. I asked them how they got that total, because I added the trascation on my phone and came up with a different total. Claudia got immediately irritated and Marcus too because he had to leave the store to get change for me. Claudia said, "I sell these hats all the time, I know how much they are". I said, "well the calculator is coming up with a lower total, I can show you here". Marcus started talking in a very irritated voice saying come back later and arguing and Claudia and Marcus we're both tag teaming me, yelling at me. In the end my total was correct and they were overcharging me. And when I said, those $3 mean something to me. Claudia laughed at me. Then Marcus called his supervisor and started lying to him and talking bad about me in front of me. That's when I started recording what he was saying and his tone of voice. And I told Marcus why don't you be honest with your supervisor and tell him what really happened"? Also, one of the items were left out and not finished and we’re not given back to me and I was charged for it. I called to find out where my item was at and they did not know where it was. The owner of the store called me back 24 hours later and was very rude about everything that happened and did not once apologize and stated that I did not work for his company so I had no right to give him any advice on customer service. He had no type of customer service he was very rude and hung up on my face. This will be my last time going here. This is not the first time, staff is very rude!
