I ordered a beanie one night and the next day, a received an email stating my order was canceled because I canceled it or because I didn't pick it up in a timely manner (neither was true). I can understand if the item was no longer available but there was nothing stating that. Tried calling the store but all the numbers are the same and no one answered. Was able to get someone online, that took FOREVER but even they couldn't find a reason why my order was canceled. Next day I went into the store just to shop, no greeting, the employees acted as if I wasn't there. The store was empty so wasnt like they were too busy, it was like they were finding things to do, trying on hates opening and closing wallets...😒 Spencer's let me down, I rather go over to Hot Topic, or Boxlunch than to get service...
