The Exchange Resale — Local services in Viera

I took a bag of clothing in to this Consignment shop and felt extremely insulted by the staff. As the person in charge of the store handed me back my bag of clothing, She said to me, we didn't find anything for us. We are an upscale shop. In my bag there were 3 or 4 of my husband's shirts that were showing signs of some fading. I can certainly understand those not being acceptable and in fact as I looked around the store, I suspect they don't take mens clothing. However, I also had several of my tops and skirts with labels from Karen Kane, Tommy Bahama, and Calvin Kline. These clothes showed no signs of wear and weren't dirty. I don't buy or wear cheap clothing and have never felt so insulted as I did from the management at this store. Rest assured I will never go in their door again. A representative from the store called me and mentioned they do have mens clothing. I didn't see any so assumed they didn't sell men's clothing. Apparently they do. That...

I brag about this place to everyone I meet. The Exchange Resale is a tremendous value-add to our community. Not only do they offer high-quality clothes at a good price, but they also buy gently used clothes from you. However, they have a very discerning eye as to what will sell and won't take just anything. This means everything in the store is curated to meet the season/style choices of their consumer. Beyond being a great place to shop, the team genuinely cares about the community and goes above and beyond to give back. Whether through donating clothes to schools, organizing hygiene drives, the list goes on-and-on. I'm not only happy to give this place my business, I'm proud they are part of...

Love shopping at the Exchange in Viera! The store is adorable and I find something unique every time I go there. There’s a selection for everyone and lots trendy options. The owner has such a great eye for style, it’s fun to see what she gets in each week. Not the mention the amount of donations they give back to the community. I love supporting them!

Anyone leaving a 1 star review lacks taste and is salty that their items did not get purchased, this is not Plato’s closet!

Store is clean, modern, and fun! I’ve even found an authentic Burberry top in there for $8 😱 and picked up these brand new alo sneakers $75 (they go for $200!)
