I don’t usually leave google reviews but I come into this store often with my daughter. Back in January I went on the company website and messaged them directly about a girl there with curly hair who is rude to customers and from what I’ve seen fellow employees. My experience that time I did my best to avoid her and had to ask this girl who had a boot on her foot for help. I was here again last Wednesday, august 10th When we entered the store we were greeted by a tall girl, Jayda, she was really sweet and offered help as they usually do when you enter this store. As we were walking further in the girl with curly hair was walking towards the front as I guess an employee was walking in apologizing for being a few minutes late. And the response to her was, I do not care ,and she continued to walk away from her. Moments later I needed a dress from high up and had to ask for help and she made it seem as though I was inconveniencing her by asking if she could grab it down for me. Her attitude continued when I asked if we could get a fitting room started, I gave her my daughter’s name and I got an eye roll and something mumbled under her breath in return. From that point I made sure to gear my questions toward Jayda, the first person who greeted us. She was working on things but was more than ready to help us and give her opinion when I needed it. I avoid shopping in malls at all costs, but I really needed some new summer clothes, as all my clothes mysteriously shrunk during quarantine ; ) I never have been to this store before, and I didn’t know what to expect when I walked past it in the mall. A lot of clothing stores give me anxiety because they are jammed pack, music pumping. This place definitely has a more boutique vibe. The staff (wish I could remember their names) greeted me instantly. Very attentive. They immediately started me a dressing room, and every time I had something in my hands to try on, they would take it from me and place in the dressing room. I was checked on several times while trying on clothes, and they quickly grabbed me other sizes. They made me feel very comfortable. As I was checking out, the manager noticed I had a navy federal card and asked if I had a military ID because they did 15% off for military. I said I did, but at that point I had already put in my pin and the transaction had already been approved. I said, well I know next time. The manager said, no, I can issue you a refund for the 15% off. Ended up getting a refund of $20! This place isn’t cheap like Forever 21, but mid range prices (like $65 for a dress.) Some places charge that much, but have low quality clothing. I could tell the clothing was good quality. They had a BOGO 50% sale and they run them frequently.
