Bought a 7 x 7 shed which had been the outside floor model from Eddie, at that time the doors opened & closed without any problems. After delivery, the door with the handle to open & close was hard to close, it was misaligned, door needed to be forcefully closed which put pressure on the threshold piece. The same door was missing a piece that holds the rod that secures door in place. My husband and I called & stopped into the store multiple times and spoke with Eddie. Each time Eddie assured us that the shed would be fixed, even saying that he was looking up the missing piece on Amazon and if he couldn’t get the installers to come fix it, he would come over himself with a drill and fix it. I finally had enough after a month of the run around, I called Eddie and informed him a review of their service would be submitted, on 6/7/24. He then proceeded to inform me that the business has cameras and he had a video of him showing me there was a piece missing and how to open the doors. I said “okay” show me, I said why would I question the missing piece if he informed me? I then proceeded to tell him if he was aware of how the shed was delivered, I had my own video of the shed being hoisted over a 7 ft fence, with men running to catch it on the other side of the fence. I said could that may have caused shifting of the shed. He then stated he would be by that day to fix the door. He showed up around 5 with a guy to fix the door, they both worked on the shed, they both were able to fix the problem, but caused another problem with opposite door, that needs to be kicked in to close. Avoid this place at all costs! They exploit both customers and employees. Eddie was incredibly rude, refused to honor the factory warranty listed on my receipt, and threatened me when I asked to speak with a manager. He even laughed and told me about firing the builders who assembled my shed, after they tried to overcharge me. My wife and I bought a gazebo and backyard swing set in June of this year. Delivery was on time, and installation didn't take too long. We are happy with the swing set, we love the appearance of the gazebo in general. However, upon inspection the next day we found some gouges on the bottom side of the roof of the gazebo, and some very visible knife scratches also. We bought a one year warrantee with our purchase so we didn't expect any problem getting damages repaired. However, it' been almost four months of trying and we have yet to even get a call back from a manager. We were offered a for the damages but what we want is either replacement of the damaged parts or a new gazebo. However, we haven't even been able to talk to a manager.
