Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Visalia

This is the first and last time I will ever go to this dutch bros location. I have always loved going to dutch ever since I can rmemeber, and my experience here was unacceptable. And to think that these employees were trained well. I have always thought highly of dutch because of my experience at other locations. But now I’m forever scarred by these employees.

First, I was simply trying to lighten the air by talking to the employees but they were plain out rude. They rolled their eyes and gave so much attitude. I didn’t mind it at first, but the more we interacted, the ruder the staff got.

Then, the people at the window had the audacity to laugh at me and my friends orders and underfill my drinks. And they added so. much. ice. I was not happy with this.

They definitely don’t give you what you pay for you could pay for extra Carmel the cup won’t show a single drop literally not show any and they swear it has it also if the app doesn’t show extra ice and you ask when you arrive they are too lazy to pour it in another cup and add ice and are not embarrassed to tell you and make excuses that tell you just that. If you are lucky enough to get a second employee to help you that actually wants to do the job and wants to help the customers out then you will get the job done right it’s embarrassing for them when the second employee looks at the customers like it has none you guys are right. I ordered a sugar free picture perfect today April 26.2023 at 4:35pm. When I ordered I forgot to say almond milk. I am Lactose intolerant. So I went back to the window and explained I forgot to say almond milk. They said it was okay. They would change it. I noticed my drink had already been made already. So I trusted them. They said they changed it. After a couple of sips. I noticed when I got home. They scraped off the whip cream. They didn’t change the milk. I suffered a horrible stomach ache.
