My experience today at this location was bad. I was at the register making a purchase and my daughter who is a toddler was with me. She was standing in front of the gum ball machine and right when she turned around to her right side, she bumped her head on the corner of the water holder which sticks outs from the counter, I have attached pictures for reference. By this time I was done paying and I did tell the associate that maybe the water holder shouldnt be there so close to the gum ball machine, which it attracts small children, it can happen to any child. The associate didnt bother saying anything asking to make sure my daughter was ok, nothing at all. Was it maybe because I am hispanic and she is white that she couldnt even bother asking? I ended up returning my purchase right then and there and the manager was there, who also couldnt even bother asking anything, at this point my daughter was still crying and I did examine her head and she does have a bump. Again, nothing was said to me or apologized or did anything about moving the water holder in behalf of the manager why? Because I am hispanic maybe and it didnt matter to them? Poor very poor customer service. I requested cooperates number which the only thing that was given to me was customer service number. I will be waiting for a reply and will reach out to the number...

It does however make up for how pricey it is by how much quality you are getting out of it. I bought a cologne here for $90 2 years ago and I still use it as we speak. Its durableness and quality made me save money, I could of bought a different cologne that probably would of ran out by now even if it were to be the same amount of liquid. I'm getting out of topic here but in reality you could be saving money by shopping here. Potentially they say "you get what you pay for" and that's quite true and found it as a first hand account here at this Macy's. Not to mention that it has a second floor, yay more shopping! There is a safe elevator that takes customers up and down for the lazy people or disabled. Next to it you will find a set of stairs. Having said that.. This store is a two story building. The top of the story is women's clothes and the bottom floor would be the men's clothes. But ofcourse all of the make up and perfumes are on the bottom floor where they also have make up artists to do your make up for you so you could try it on. Thank you for reading my review I hoped...

We grabbed the pillow tops first because they were on sale and since we had three our hands were full, we asked the lady at the counter if we could leave them with her so we could browse the dresses and she refused and pointed to where she said the shopping karts were. Great! Or so I thought I was thinking they were legit shopping karts I could stick my son in but they were small wheeling baskets my mom grabbed one and the mattress covers were falling out of it!!! I put my son in another so he would stop running away! Grabbed the dress went to ring out and the cashier couldn't accept ANY of my mom's coupons and it was the last day of the sale!! Then the cashier told me my son couldn't ride in the basket, ok whatever! This is a HUGE STORE how do you guys not have...
