They have amazing clothing but omg terrible customer service.EVERYONE THAT SHOP AT TORRID CHECK YOUR TORRID RECEIPT. MAKE SURE IT HAS YOUR INSIDER INFORMATION ON IT. ALSO IF YOU GET ANYTHING SHIPPED TO THE STORE AND YOU THINK YOU WONT BE ABLE TO PICK IT UP CANCEL IT BEFORE THE STORE CANCELS IT. BECAUSE OMG YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW FRUSTRATING IT COULD BE JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

I have called several times and have been given the run around everything from you will get your refund with in 2-3 business days to you have go back to the store and tell them what happened and they will refund to you have to wait until a supervisor gets to your account and dont go to the store because it will cause a conflict with your refund...... My refund was supposedly placed back to my gift card on March 31...it is now April 20 and I still don't have my refund...so tell me what am I suppose to do? I was asked 7 times in a matter of 20 minutes of shopping in their cluttered store. I've worked in retail for several years now and I know when someone is being watching you like you're stealing.
