Sequoia Surgery Center — Local services in Visalia

My daughter had surgery here and I was quoted that the surgery was to cost a certain amount. I paid the amount quoted. However, the employees did not factor in our deductible and I received a surprise bill for another $250 later in the mail. I called them and said they should stand by the amount quoted to me. They refused to honor their original quote or acknowledge their mistake. I thought this was unprofessional. Really disappointed in the service there. I arrived before my scheduled time and was checked in just fine. Waited for over an hour and asked how much longer until I was to be called back, only then was I informed that the doctor pushed back all appointments 2 hours AND that there were several people before me. I should have been notified of this when I arrived and paid my $$ so I would not be wasting my time. On top of that I was already starving since I could not eat anything before a surgical procedure.
