I’m a Pacific Northwest native! I was looking for a clean comfortable place to get nails and lashes done so I was super excited when I discovered POSH the customer service was good and for the most part, the services seem to be OK however, a few times I left there a little unsatisfied however, the management always went out their way to make things right! Unfortunately, The last services I received have probably been the worst services I’ve ever received and I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 15 years old and I’m over 40! I went in for a pedicure and fill using gel nail polish. šŸ’… However , the very next day my polish started to pill off something I’ve experienced this in the past but typically I go in and I’m able to get it fixed within a few days, however, this is a huge inconvenience for me I work 60 hours a week, I only get one day off and that’s the day I try to cram all of my beauty services in! I absolutely love and adore the beauty industry I’m a proud graduate from the Aveda Institute in Seattle and I’m a proud Beauty changes lives contest winner! I take the beauty industry seriously! So, Wednesday when I called, I explained that I got my nails done the previous Sunday and I would like to get them fixed and I also arranged for my lashes to get done. I left work early for these services; I get my lashes done however, I felt like the service was a little rushed and then when I was supposed to get my nails fixed, she told me that they were shorthanded and she was unable to fix them and that I needed to come back on Saturday once again I’m being inconvenience because my service was not done correctly the first time . I told her the only day that I can come back is probably Saturday Afternoon because of my tight work schedule however, by the time Saturday came around, I was extremely exhausted and I didn’t make my way there. I had a very important event on June 19th ( I was so embarrassed) and now I’m walking around looking like a complete fool with ugly, unpolished, broken nails, and lashes that look like Snuffleupagus! I’m an entrepreneur that’s new to the area. My nails and my face are important to me because they represent me and my brand and I like to speak highly about the places that I get my services done at because once again, I do value the beauty industry. Another issue that I have is, I’ve noticed that when I use my debit card and that’s 90% of the time whomever decides to go back in and take out more money from what I originally tipped needs to STOP if I tip $10 that does not give one the right to go and tip $15 or $20 or if I decide not to tip at all, one should not have the audacity to tip themselves! I want my services redone correctly. I work entirely too hard for my money just for one to rush my services and don’t treat me like I’m NOT a valued client! Shout out to Coco whenever you do my nails, you do an amazing job! Thank you! I see your passion in your work! Encourage your colleagues to do the same!

Danny rushed my pedicure and my toes look a mess. I am dissatisfied with this service and I won’t be returning. Really sad because my kids love the kids package/room. The two (a woman and a young male with glasses, I don’t remember their names) that worked on my kids today were great. Update: After sharing my experience with the shop, I was offered a chance to come in to fix my toes. I went and was serviced by someone else (didn’t catch her name) that did a great job. The front desk girl (didn’t catch her name, but she was young with curly hair) was kind and professional. She gave me a $20 gift card to return for a future visit. Personally, I won’t be returning; but I’m grateful for the time and effort to improve my experience.

I haven't been to this location in ages since they had a downtown location and then opened up in China Spring. However I recently went back and found Joy who has changed my nail game. She likes to try new styles and gives me the best nail advice. She answers all my questions and I don't feel nervous about it like I have at other places. She is the best and always makes sure I leave so happy 😊 I will continue to go back because of her šŸ’› I love this latest set and their customer service. She even lets me know how some of the other techs are better doing certain things I had saved for future nail inspo. The front desk girly was also super knowledgeable and the manager stays active in the store making sure all guest are comfortable.

I haven't been to this location in ages since they had a downtown location and then opened up in China Spring. However I recently went back and found Joy who has changed my nail game. She likes to try new styles and gives me the best nail advice. She answers all my questions and I don't feel nervous about it like I have at other places. She is the best and always makes sure I leave so happy 😊 I will continue to go back because of her šŸ’› I love this latest set and their customer service. I gave it a whirl three times, hoping that it would be better the next time - nope.

  1. Way overpriced. 2) My 6-year-old daughter likes to join me for pedicures in the 'Poshlet' lounge. After her last visit, she said to me in the car on the way home, "Mommy, that lady seemed like she was rushing. She was breathing really heavy and I asked her to do a flower design on my toe and she said no. The fact that a 6-year-old picked up on the attitude was pretty sad. I don't blame the tech though, as the owners rush them through their clients to expedite each service and get on to the next one solely for the sake of making more $$$. 3) I came in on a Friday around noon for a dip manicure. When I walked in, the owner was standing behind the desk. He never looked up and acknowledged me or said a word. I signed in on the computer. He then asked me what I was there for and I told him a dip manicure. I walked over to pick out my color, and then stood there waiting for about 5 minutes. At that point, he says to me, "We cannot serve you today. Have party of 10 coming in. You can make an appointment for later?" I had been there for a good 7 minutes before he tells me they cannot serve me. The place was empty. Making an appointment later was not an option with my schedule. Unsure why he couldn't tell me right away that they couldn't get me, and instead just let me stand there? 4) I made an appointment the next day for 3:45. Came in at 3:40 and checked in. They did not start on my nails for 45 minutes...even with an appointment scheduled. The tech kept stopping and disappearing - would come back smelling like cigarette smoke. He kept checking his phone as well. 5) Several of the other techs are very nice and do great work, but I do not like the way they are treated by the owners. It' been rather alarming. One tech was working on my nails at a station by the window. She had an iced tea on the window ledge from McAlister's, and the female owner walked by on the outside and banged on the window and shook her finger at her, instructing her to move it. Should have been handled differently.

Will not ever go back. Waste of time and money, and management is rude to customers and their...

I had a terrible experience at Posh today. I went in asking for a dip manicure with french tip. I already had dip on so I asked them to soak it off. My nail tech did not pay attention and began using nail clippers to cut and peel off my dip manicure which was painful and uncomfortable. It wasn’t until her coworker reminded her it was dip that she went to get materials to soak off. By this point she had already ruined two of my natural nails by cutting them short. After soaking the rest off, I asked if she could make them almond shape but she said my nails were too short. I ended up having to get tips added because of the nails she destroyed. Then her and her coworker made me get acrylic instead of dip because they said it was better than taking it off every time. This is not what I came in for and the acrylic was very painful. While taking off my previous nails she cut my skin multiple times and then continued to put acetone on which was extremely painful. She also left the tips far longer than I wanted them after I wanted only my natural nails. I also asked her to adjust the white paint on the french tip after she painted the first nail and she continued to do the rest of the nails the same. I will never be seeing this nail tech again. These nails were meant to be for my engagement and I just spent $85 on them for me to have to get them redone sometime this week before the event. This was a horrible experience and I would like a refund or a new...
