Update Went back the next day to have my water tested & it was pretty decent based upon the instructions provided. I was advised to now treat with Power Powder Plus (after the rain stops) & vacuum. Two days later, it was back to a very beautiful blue. I did end up having to use dry acid as well to lower the pH for proper balance going forward but all in all, the Leslie's staff knows the pool business. I am more than pleased with the service & most of all my results!😊 Trips to Leslie's is ALWAYS a very pleasant experience. My pool water was going in the green direction & they were extremely helpful. Harsh M. tested my water & along with the store mgr. gave me immediate instructions. This review is overdue but I feel it's important to thank Gary and the Leslie Team in Wall for their help last Fall. We brought in our Polaris for repair after being turned away from the Howell location. Our cleaner was not working properly. The connector cord and control panel were not communicating and the sweeper front roller was not spinning. The device was under warranty and I was in no rush since the season was over and was hopeful to have it operating for this summer. Not only did Gary work with Polaris Warranty Department to order the necessary parts but he kept us informed throughout the process. This season my pool looks amazing and our Polaris working like brand new! The Wall Leslie Pool is a bit of a ride for us, but we will continue to make the trip for the friendly, knowledgeable staff who went out of their way for us. ...

My husband went there a week ago to have water tested the employee told him he had big problems never ever seen this before. He told him the pool was full of metal & needed to raise ph. While he was there bought a pool closing kit. Being Leary of what the man told him he took water sample to leslies in Eatontown no problems just ph was off. The next day he went to return closing the same employee told him they didn't take chemicals back even though on the receipt 14 return policy says nothing about chemicals being excluded he did take them back but wouldn't give him cash back had to refund credit card or store credit.
