Badlands Harley Davidson — Local services in Wall

My sister and I visited Badlands H-D on June 20th. The dealership wasn’t busy. We weren’t greeted when we walked in. I went over to the dealer T’s wall where 2 employees were at. I was looking at the shirts. I wasn’t asked if I needed any help or what sizes I was looking for. I made my way through the kids clothes and women’s. I was never offered any help in any section of motorclothes, My sister went directly to women’s, she also wasn’t offered any help and wasn’t able to find larger sizes for women. I work at Zylstra H-D in Ames Iowa. Every person who walks through our doors is greeted, they are asked questions, they are walked to whatever department they came in for. Late review. Visited in May 2023 All i can say is i want to give 5 stars!

My husband and i came in the early morning just after the store opened. Friendly staff greeted us and she explained everything especially about new arrival items and some promotion. This store is spacious, clean and lots of selection of merchandise.

Today we rode to go shopping at the Harley Dealership in Wall . . . Just to get there to find out they were closed this entire week. We even called prior and was put on hold with a recording saying “they were helping other customers” . . . Maybe update the recording to say you were closed this week! We weren’t the only idiots standing outside the door disappointed either! You even advertise you are open all summer 7 days a week!...
