Went to Staples to do an Amazon return. The girl at the counter was totally rude and told me I needed to learn how to read instructions (I didn't have written instructions) from Amazon. As I was leaving, I heard her tell another person, "This b.... is complaining about the Amazon return process. Also, if you go there, they want to sell you packing and tape to send stuff out. It seems like a scheme to me. Left pretty mad, went back a few days later, cool dude at the counter helped me, and it was easy.
