Food is great most days and there are a few really great employees but after dealing with the managers unprofessionall tone regarding my daughters gluten free food order today I may think twice before choosing to eat here again . My daughter dosnt choose to eat gluten free my daughter is six and has celiac disease and I would normally make her food but some places like Panera offer gluten free options like salads and soups . When placing my daughters order I mentioned that she has celiac disease therefore I'm getting her a gluten free meal please follow the gluten allergy meal procedure change gloves prepare on clean surface clean tray not used for prepping where gluten containing foods normally are prepped. I pulled up to the window paid and waited and then the manager all huffy puffy came to the window letting me know as a parent with a child who has celiac disease that there is still a risk for cross contamination as this Is a bakery in a kind of rushed and rude manor .... was this because I'm protecting my daughter to the best of my ability from the drive through and he didnt like me reminding them to do there job correctly and follow the food allergy procedure?? Who knows but its uncalled for have some respect you wouldn't believe the ignorance we deal with at different restaurants regarding celiac disease most people think it's a diet choice and show no concern to the danger this can cause ! I think there needs to be better training about food allergies at this location including training the people in charge there should be a food allergy specialist training these people before someone gets sick or hurt literally or worse ! Especially...

Read moreHorrible customer service I have never seen such terrible customer service in my life. We ordered a large delivery for our office from the Panera. The order was over two hours late. When I called Panera, they said that they were running behind, but failed to tell us. When the food finally arrived, half of the order was missing the food was cold, and the soup bowls were not even filled up all the way. It was literally a joke! I understand. That place is like this can get busy during lunchtime But if you can’t get the job done right then don’t do it at all. I called and spoke to Britney who lied and said she was the manager and told me my card was going to be refunded for everything we ordered within 10 days. 10 days past I never received a refund. Brittany was so rude and come to find out she was not the manager. Instead of illustrating sympathy for your mistakes, she instead made me feel like I was the problem! Every time I go in there she’s always giggling and joking around instead of working....
