I come to this location M-F during my 30 minute lunch to grab a frosted lemonade. On 7/21 I came and I asked if they could put less lemonade in there because it had was extremely watery on 7/20 by the time I got back to my office (which is a 3 minute drive it was melted) the young girl Mayra explained it would be thick and I told her that was fine. When I got the frosted lemonade and left as I was drinking it, it did not taste the same. I called and spoke with a girl named Shay, she explained that the girl Avary that made it diluted the lemonade with water and I explained that was not what I wanted. She took my name and order number and told me that they would replace it. On 7/22 I returned and was helped by Nathan I explained the situation and he went and explained to Avary who is (I am assuming) the shake maker how I wanted the frosted lemonade and not diluted with water like she did the day before. She begins speaking extremely loudly about how she will make the frosted lemonade after about 6 minutes of loud, rude, unfriendly and nasty talk in front of a packed area full of customers. Nathan returns with the frosted lemonade I told him I heard EVERYTHING she said and how unprofessional it was. He went to her to tell her that I heard everything she said and came back and apologized for her behavior. I politely asked for both their names and requested a call from the store manager as this was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. For this to be some of their first jobs they need to be re-trained on how to provide customer...
Read more4/4/18 After this, my second, and last ever visit to any Chick Fa Lay, I've learned my lesson. I went through the drive thru today and ordered a spicy chicken deluxe and a Chick fil A deluxe sandwich. I opted for the fruit cup upgrade over the waffle fries that are standard fare. The young woman that filled my order was as pleasant as you've heard they are at any of these franchises. She also spent more time correcting, and politely apologizing for all the errors in my order than it took to fill it to begin with. She read the items I ordered OUT LOUD from the computer screen as she put the wrong items in the bag, THREE times. She forgot the fruit cup that I ordered in place of the fries, she put the fries in anyway, and forgot the cookie I ordered. Stoned or stupid - your choice. RME (Rolling My Eyes) I'm really glad I checked the bag before leaving the window. Ok, I finally got the order straightened out, and when I got home and opened the paper box containing the spicy deluxe sandwich, I found it with no top half of the roll. How the heck can anyone not notice the roll isn't there when putting it in the container? JEEZ! It also looked like it had been tanning under the heat lamp for several hours. The cheese was translucent, and the chicken was long since dried out, having suffered from third degree sunburn. Anyway, this experience has completely and permanently soured me on Chick Fa Lay. Good bye Chick Fa Lay! Maybe next time I'll try a...
Read moreWe rarely come across a Chick-fil-A so my son and I decided to stop in and try it. Impressed is an understatement! The line was short so we were able to order pretty quickly. We both ordered their chicken nuggets and fries. We were given a table identifier and sent to find a table. A few minutes passed and our food came out. They ask for your name but the gentleman recognized us immediately so he never had to call out to us. The oil had clearly been changed recently as everything tasted very fresh. The fountain drinks are filtered well, so you don't get the city water taste we are accustomed to when visiting this part of the state. What impressed us most was the associate who was working the lobby. Not only was he was cleaning tables which I assumed was his role, but he was also offering services such as pulling out chairs for people, grabbing napkins and condiments as needed and asking customers if they needed refills on their beverages. The icing had to be when he assured customers their order would be right out while cracking a few jokes to ease their wait times.
The experience was outstanding. Even the customers seem to be enjoying themselves and I don't think I saw a single family sitting on their devices. Their service with a smile has truly built a dining culture we so rarely find with today's tech world... and is a welcome and...
