When I entered Alo Walnut Creek, I was greeted by a pleasant scent as I made my way to the counter to pick up a pair of white shoes on hold. It was my first time at Alo, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service provided by Hasti. She assisted me with the shoes and explained the Alo brand, design, comfort, and style. Additionally, she introduced me to their range of products such as clothes, air diffusers, and skin creams, providing brief explanations for each. Ultimately, I spent over $1000 on my purchases at Alo that day! I also want to thank Tyler, Rochell, and Licy for their assistance. The store is ok, the floor associates are helpful where they lost me was waiting in the queue and 2 of 4 register associates actually just chit chatting with their customer/friends instead of completing purchases and excusing themselves to help the really long queue.

The associate that helped me scanned my gift receipt and then proceeded to insist rather rudely that I provide the name of the purchaser and information that eventually she found by looking. It just rubbed me the wrong way when she followed up with "well now you owe $3.25" probably the difference in taxes from where it was purchased and where I exchanged it. Trying to encourage the opening of new stores in Walnut Creek. I live in my workout cloth went to Alo bought so much did not try any on went home one of there bodysuit did not fit, came back to exchange it a day later and there worker said they should have told me bodysuits are final sale. No one told me at that time and I remember telling the girl I will go home and try stuff on and never said anything. It’s not a big deal or a big purchase but they lost me as a costumer.
