I just want you to know how disgusted I am with your brand. I bought a lock necklace/bracelet combo from a local store. In the first week and a half both of them started to tarnish. They were able to replace the bracelet, I just found out that you’re sold out of the necklace and they’re not only not able to replace it but your warehouse is not sending it back. That is basically STEALING something that I purchased. I’m totally disappointed in and disgusted with your brand and customer service. This is unacceptable quality and unacceptable that I won’t get my necklace back - tarnished or not, I would have rather kept it and paid to have it dipped in gold then return it. Back in April my best friend decided she wanted to come here and have some friendship rings made for her birthday. I spent $80 on mine alone and I am aware that at that price its not going be gold, white gold, or some fancy metal, but I was hoping for $80 it would be sterling silver or stainless. Cute little store in Walnut Creek that I discovered when my friend invited me to a Yelp event there. It was nice they partnered up with a local charity so part of the proceeds went to training therapy dogs.
