Hello all, I wanted to share my experience I had at this location today which absolutely unexceptional. I was at this location today purchasing some clothing and I was standing in line for over 5 minutes in the wrong place wondering why customers kept going before me and also not trying to be rude did not really want to step in so I finally walked up and I asked the woman at the front desk. Was I standing in the correct place in line when they said I wasn’t I politely got in the correct place in line which was two people before me after I stayed in line for minutes so when it was finally my turn, I finally made it to the front of the register. The African-American young lady waited until it was my turn after I just stood in line over five minutes to be helped then the African America female went to open up her drawer remove the whole drawer take out a quarter roll a penny roll a nickel roll and a dime roll and proceeded to count all the change in front of me to put in her drawer before she considered to help me which was so rude after I just stood in line for so long, so I asked her did she really have to count all the change before she helped me with my purchase she said yeah mind you She has to count a bunch of change before she helped me out so I asked her to just give me my money and she can keep all the change and I just left so a well established company was able to still make a sale be very rude to a consumer And also kept my change. I will be reaching out to the company every day until this situation is settled. I noted the time the day and the location I work in consumer law. I will be seeing this situation to the end. That young lady should not be working in customer service That was far beyond rude and disrespectful. Victoria secret needs to hire more warm and friendly employees that are not rude and dislike their job. They are super rude I will be going back to purchase something and I will record my experience so u can see how they treat customers. She did not greet me or smile stirring transactions very horrible customer service
I think this location don’t like African American shoppers and the person was African American herself it’s sad how I was treated and they also kept my change. I have never ever experienced anything like that before. She should not be working the register but I will be going back so u all can see what im talking about because that was not ok. This location is the worst location not because of where it’s at but because employees very rude and nasty and should not be working the register and as I write this review, I look at all the other reviews and it looks like they had the...
Read moreWith the release of the new Balmain/Victoria Secret release, I was late to the game in regards to keeping up with the release and such. I went to Victoria Secret yesterday thinking that I could still snag a few items. I was shocked to see that everything was almost gone and I had underestimated this highly anticipated release.
I was able to snag a few items, but the Oversize tee was the one that I desperately wanted. I was told by a few employees that it was sold out statewide and of course, site wide.
However, one exceptional employee was up to the task in making sure that all physical stores in the neighboring area were truly soldout.
Daja went above and beyond the call of duty. She and I tag teamed and called multiple stores. She was extremely patient and willing to wait and confirm with these other stores that they were indeed sold out.
Daja not only made the necessary phone calls, but worked tirelessly to make sure I would be able to get the shirt in a store that had it considering I was an hour away from the closest store and they would close within that hour.
Daja, I can't even begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for your handwork. You are an amazing young woman who will succeed in all she does with your customer service skills, know how, and beautiful smile.
Thanks so much again!

Read moreI went to Macy’s Walnut Creek this afternoon at around 630. The sales associate ( Ashley) at the register asked if I want to purchase a bag for ten cents. I was mesmerized by her question first of all Victoria secret asking us to buy bags for our major purchase. I purchased a quite a bit amount of bras. I thought she was going to offer me one as a courtesy. I had my small Victoria secret bag from my previous returns I made. So I refused to purchases one. Because first of all I made a major purchase for courtesy they can give one. Oh well I decided to use my used bag. Walking through the streets of Walnut Creek with my item showing from the small bag, I noted it was not delicate and high standard store to not offer bags to customers. I was disappointed specially from this store. Also the store needs to train people at the register to say good bye. This sales associate didn’t say good bye not a single word after handed my bag with my purchases. I received a great customer service from didi but not from the register. In my opinion, Victoria secret has to arrange when to give customers paper bags or not, Specially those whose have major purchase. Also to be delicate and don’t forget to...
