Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Wapakoneta

We ordered food through the app and when we went in the lobby the lady in charge yelled at us and said the lobby was closed. I advise her that I had a mobile order and it said to come in. I had no issue going through the drive thru if the app had told me to do that. When I told her she got EXTREMELY irritated and mad. When she gave us our food she slammed it down on the counter and yelled mobile order then aggressively sat our blizzards and drinks next to our food. She was extremely rude to not only us but there were 2 other customers in the lobby that seemed to get her attitude as well. I can understand that being short staff is not her fault, but to treat the customers with such disrespect is beyond me. I probably won't go back again if that is the kind of employees that work there. Also our food was cold and I had to warm it up when I got home I only live 5 min from the DQ it shouldn't have gotten that cold in that short amount of time. Very disappointing, my family...

I ordered a pumpkin pie blizzard and subbed chocolate chunks rather than pie pieces. When I got home, my wife realized we received pie pieces and no chocolate. I went back tonight with my receipt and remaining blizzard and learned that the pumpkin pie blizzard is gone. I instead requested a chocolate extreme as replacement, reluctantly, and the employee asked if medium was okay. I paid for a large. I paid extra to substitute chocolate (because you can't substitute chocolate pieces for cookies pieces - such a dumb rule). Why should I take less? I should be offered more. I paid extra for something I never received and received less than I ordered. It should be standard service: you screw up, you make the customer happy. And why wouldn't you offer pumpkin pie blizzards in October and November? Take it to corporate. I eat here often. This isn't typical service, but you need to do better to...

I don't come to DQ often but I came tonight to get a blizzard. First they flipped it upside down and it fell out of the cup and they put it back up and cleaned it off and gave it to me. The whole cup being still pure liquid when I ordered a Blizzard. Like how is that okay to give someone not what they ordered? I even questioned it and the girl said it was okay. So I just went back around in drive thru taking pics and videos of what I got as a liquid cup for a blizzard. Then they remade me one but they were all giggles and not taking me serious just cause I wanted my blizzard remade. Going to spread the word on the kids here so more don't order when the young ones are there not taking anyone's...
