Burger King — Restaurant in Wapakoneta

This place might be ok during the day but at night, its like a different world. Went there the other night, fries were not even filled up, could definitely tell they haven't changed there oil at all, fries were so old and stale that they were orange/brown color. Fiance's burger looked so plain and dead and was cold as well we left everything in the bag with the receipt and didn't even eat it. Tried calling them when we got back home after we opened up this disaster and no one would pick up the phone at all. Tried calling maybe 7-10 times to no avail. Spoke with the manager during the day and was told she would refund the order at night when we were both off work, Probably shouldn't have done that because man the food is terrible at night. BK, Wendys, and Pizzhut here in Wapakoneta are the worst places to go to.

Editing this 06/03/19 ---- I don't know why I do this to myself, I figured out I would try going back here during the day, Once again disappointed. Fries are more orange then Trumps Tan, This usually means they haven't changed there oil. Chicken fries have a brown burnt look on top and they are drier then Arizona's weather. Ordered the chicken fry combo, didn't get the sauce I ordered, had to go in just to get charged 10 cents for there mess up and this food isn't even edible. Someone is either going to die or get sick from the food coming out of this place. I will never go back again. Look up there facebook ratings. 1.9 out of 5 stars....

It was the worst experience that ive ever had there. I had ordered a Whopper Jr. with cheese, no lettuce, no tomato, extra onion. When I got it it had extra pickle and light onion. I took it back up to the counter to have it remade and it took them 15 mins to remake. Also while the guy was remaking it he had coughed in his gloves and wasn't gonna change his gloves. I said something to the shift supervisor, Alex Kohler, to say something to the guy and when he did the guy wanted to know why he needed to. When I got the second sandwich after 20 mins of waiting it didn't have cheese on or this time and only 3 rings of onion. I had ordered extra extra onion and I didn't get it. The supervisor informed me that they only do one extra which is 3 rings. I have gotten more onion,on a sandwich from there than that. My other had finished her meal and I didn't get to,because of,this issue and my onion rings were ice cold. I strongly suggest that anyone who reads this review to pass it on and not eat at Burger King in Wapakoneta OH. You stand to have the same issues we had or worse. You could get sick. The supervisor was also very rude which upset my mother and I further. My last thing is you have to ask what anyone's name is there because NO ONE wears name tags there and that's part of their uniform. If you go there you go at your own risk. I ordered their new deluxe chicken sandwich and when I got home it was not a deluxe. I went back to the restaurant and there was a nite in the door saying the lobby was closed, but I had seen people come out and saw people inside eating. I called the restaurant and told them what was wrong. The guy on the phone told me to go through the drive-thru and they would make me a new sandwich. The drive-thru line was long and it would've taken forever to get my sandwich. They guy told me he would bring my sandwich outside to me. I waited a couple minutes and he brought out my sandwich. I decided to check it before leaving. It AGAIN was NOT a deluxe. I called back and told them I wanted to speak to the manager. The manager was on the phone and I told him I wanted to show him something so please come outside or let me inside. I told him the menu and online show a picture of the deluxe with lettuce and tomato, neither of my sandwiches had that. He gave me a little container with some lettuce and tomatoes, which was fine I just wanted the sandwich I ordered. They need to do a better job training their new employees or put pictures of the sandwiches so new employees know how to make...
