First Time at Qdoba,
We recently moved to the Carver/Wareham area. We decided to try qdoba in wareham. We walk in and my fiancé starts to order he asks for a chicken quesadilla. The guy rudely starts to ask him well what do you want on it and my fiancé goes could I have rice on it. The guys rudely says rice on a quesadilla that doesn’t go on there. My fiancé asks oh do you guys have mushrooms he goes nope with the worst attitude. Then he goes what meat do you want and my fiancé says chicken. Then my fiancé asks if he can have queso on his quesadilla the guy continues to rudely argue and say that he can’t put it on his quesadilla. The lady standing next to him goes he can have queso if he wants it it’s okay and she tries to take the quesadilla and help us. At this point I was just done watching this. So I kindly just say you know what we’re sorry but we’re all set thanks anyways and we walked out ....I’ve worked in customer service for many years I have never been so disrespected. This guy was so miserable, rude and his attitude was terrible. We tried calling to talk to someone about this and no answer. They clearly don’t care about their customers and the way they treat people. We will not be coming in here ever again. I recommend you try somewhere else and don’t go here. Read moreI am disgusted by the service we just had in your wareham location. The husky girl with the dark tan that started to help my wife glanced at the meat & called back to the kitchen for new meat as soon as she looked at it. She scrunched her nose up at what she saw. It was the bottom of the barrel. My wife asked for the new meat & the girl started picking through & choosing the meat from the scraps & arguing with my wife about the quality of the meat. The meat looked gross & old. We walked out after she called the manager over & he had no sympathy towards us. They continued to argue with us as we were leaving. Our daughter told us as we were walking to our car her grandmother had taken her there last week & they were helped by the same girl. She said the same employee was rude to them last week when they were there.
We like Qdoba. Its too bad your employees couldn't take care of us tonight. I'm sitting at a restaurant down the road as I'm typing this message. Very disappointed.

Read moreWent today this afternoon spent 32 dollars on a bowl and burrito . Chicken was spoiled it tasted aweful . Called when i got home , i dont even live in the area . Simply asked for food to be remade not even the money back. Was told i said i reheated it. When i most definitely did not. Your district manager kevin has absolutely zero customer service. Arguing with me about if the food was bad there would be more complaints about it and there was not. And how your customer satisfaction rating is high. Im manager serve safe certified. Customers are always right its not that hard to fix the issue that someone is complaining about wheather im the only person complaining or not. Our food is not even finished and 32 dollars wasted. Ill never return . And i will be contacting the board of health. I should have walked out when i seen how dirty the floors and tables were . I left a 10 dollar tip for the crew . But your managers are horrible. The board of health will most definitely be contacted . You can most definitely tell when chicken is spoiled. !
