We went to this location several times prior to the holidays. 1st time we went 20 min prior to closing the staff said they were closed? We left they started laughing. 2nd time we went stood in line for 20min. Finally made it to the cashier, dark haired man with glasses tried to take our order. He kept stopping and joking around with the other staff. When he came back it started all over. My wife was getting her birthday coffee, he didn't understand or stay focused long enough. We waited along with the others, some said they been waiting half hour. Come to realize there was 6 employees and one was working, the others were playing around out front and in the back room. Finally got our coffee along with thr other frustrated customers and it was wrong! We heard the cashier talking about getting a bad review and it's not his fault? 3rd time back we told the cashier as we placed our order that yesterday's was wrong, he rolled his eyes and said next. Again 4 people behind the counter 1 working. It seems they are working against the company instead of for it. There was no sign of management or discipline. My card got declined and I of course am having one of those days where nothing can go right ( it happens), a feeling (and look probably) of panic waved over me thinking that i had just gotten my one treat for the week for myself and now having no way of paying for it. They told me in the most non-judgmental way possible " you're all set, have a great day". Tears started to well up as I took my coffee and said thank you. Read moreI am never disappointed when I get my favorite coffee and breakfast sandwich from my favorite coffee chain , I love Starbucks and rarely have had any issue with anything I ordered , and if I did , they go out of their way to correct it and arent so greedy or wasteful as to take back the mistake and throw it away , they let the customer decide whether to keep or throw it away and replace it with the correct item(s) .
