Over the past 6 months I have purchsed many items there. I bought 2 Vaporizers 2-3 months ago. They know me very well and were always very friendly because of my frequent visits. I thought as long as I gave them my business exclusively they would take care of any issues. Well one of the vaporizer batteries quit working. I thought this would be something covered as a warranty issue. However I found out they warranty the vaporizer batteries for just 2 days. So beware there seems to be an issue with these batteries. And this store will not back up thier products. Once they have your money the friendliness disappears. I was spending allot of money every month there, but I will now take my business elsewhere. Over a $35 dollar product they are giving up a customer that would be spending $100's every month. Don't let the friendliness fool you. If money should be going the opposite direction, thier disposition changes very quickly. I would not reccomend them to anyone. And always get a warranty in writting. If they say "we will take care fo you, don't worry about it" It is now...
   Read moreThe staff here is usually pretty nice but on Sunday April 27 , it was supposed to open at 10:00 I was outside waiting until 10:17 until I took a Uber to another location 😔 also I had another experience where the worker at this location does not understand the policy's of wild bills at all . After being id for only buying 1 Arizona tea I ask why I was id and she said she ids everyone for everything because you have to be 21 to buy anything in the store or be in it ? Literally I told her I know 20000 years old who buy bongs here. She said that is not aloud and pointed to a sign I later went to a different wild bill and asked that question where they confirmed this is false you can be 18 and buy anything in the store other than tobacco and what not. I walked in there at 7:59 To buy a vape daveielle seemed really upset at the fact that I came in one minute before closing which I understand I’m a business owner myself but at the same time if Money comes in get it, I had to run out to my car to grab my wallet because I was three dollars short and she’s literally walking out behind me to let me know that she’s locking up the door behind me If I hadn’t been walking up to the door, she would’ve locked the door and kept my money.
