Ross Young Bay Plaza is dangerously good. Every time I walk in, I tell myself, “Just one thing.” Spoiler alert: I always leave with two full bags. The place is super neat, tidy, and well-organized, which makes browsing way too easy (and my self-control nonexistent). The staff? The plaza is kept clean, and taken care of. We enjoy having the option of the several shops in this plaza. It has an entrance on both ends, making it easy to access and easy to leave. The starbucks line can cause congestion when entering the west side of the plaza occasionally but not too crazy. The City should contemplate putting a round about or another light at the end of the west entrance because there is a lot of zooming traffic coming from.the highway and going to and from fred meyer, it can take a while to turn...

The theft prevention person that they had on Sun...2/11/18...was screaming at customers. I know you should acknowledge the customers. I get it. I didn't feel it necessary to be accosted with a girl screaming in my face..."HELLO WELCOME TO ROSS!!!". She was screaming at all customers...we could hear her all the back in the dressing room!!!
