This is the closest starbucks to us, and we have had quite a few issues over the past year... the latest one being the most uncomfortable... I order on the app quite often and my husband and I order in store as well....today, my husband and I went in, ordered our usual coffees and a male employee came over and said hello to me (and called me by my name), then proceeded to look directly at my husband and said "I don't know you or your name" Let me just say that if you don't think that is disrespectful you can kindly see yourself out of this review, but if you're a man, or a woman with a husband im almost 100% that ANY MAN would feel exactly the way my husband did. You may think you are being nice or polite, but you don't see the other side of that and how rude and unprofessional you seem. Maybe my thinking is a little outdated, but if you're going to approach someone with their spouse, it's common courtesy to introduce yourself to THE MALE SPOUSE FIRST, TO AVOID DISRESPECT AND FURTHER ISSUES. Making people feel singled out is never going to generate positive feedback. I hope this gets through to you, and people realize how uneeded situations...
Read moreI go to this Starbucks often. And yes I order on the app. Most Starbucks are always busy. I will say, I ordered on Sunday, around 10:40am ish. And I arrived around 10:50. They were slammed. My drink was ready and I was waiting on my food. If I'm ever here, my drink is done, I'm usually waiting on the food. But I had waited about 15mins at this point and no food. I do not remember his name but he had a He/Him pin and a bunch of other pins and glasses on. He was working with a girl named Fiona (I think I read her tag correctly). But I see him working all the time when I go and he's super awesome along with Jenny and a girl named Alex. He was asking about some type of card but I guess they ran out/didn't have any. But I thought those two deserved a shout out for Sunday. I know it was slammed. There might have been a second girl who got me my food and found more ham and cheese in the back. It was busy and...
Read moreI work across the street, and I come to this Starbucks often. The coffee is usually good, but oh my god the staff. They’re usually friendly, but the amount of times I’ve been the only person in line and they take nearly 10 minutes, yes I actually check, 10 minutes, to make my tea. I’ve seen them stand around talking, doing nothing, just now I saw someone finally grab a cup after I was sitting there for 4 minutes. The person behind me, who I was waiting so long I heard when they took their order, ordered breakfast and it was ready before my tea was. I understand when it’s midday and your busy, but when It’s 5:50 in the morning and I’m the first person to get in line I don’t understand why they’re just talking like I’m not even there. I work in retail, and my boss is really easy going, but we would never get away with keeping customers waiting the...
