Don’t shop here if you want to have any professionalism within your transaction while you spend thousands, or even tens of thousands of dollars here. The most unprofessional experience that was made absolutely appalling by the “manager”, Hayley I say this in quotations because I have had better dispute resolutions with more professionalism at fast food restaurants. Disrespected, unvalued as a customer, and all but called a liar for stating simple facts. Purchased a bed frame that my wife and I spent 30 minutes inspecting for flaws (and had even grabbed a team member for help as we could not find any, to assist). Not a scratch or dent, we were told it was a brand new return and it was not there due to a defect. Next day taking delivery, immediately notice fresh damage on the headboard that is visible through the plastic wrap (plastic wrap is also imprinted/indented into the bed along with the scratch/dent). Brought this up to the manager, who all but told us we were liars, extremely argumentative stating this damage was always there, this item is exactly as I had purchased it, and to get what is now my property, off her property. No attempt at inspecting the damage, no attempt at figuring out how this may have happened, zero customer service. She kept interrupting us, not the least bit concerned in what we had to say. “We wrapped this in plastic the minute your left the showroom” there is no possible way this wasn’t here. After losing many brain cells, with someone who stated they’ve been in management for 30 years, we asked her to use deductive reasoning by inspecting the damage. How could this damage have been there on the showroom when purchased, when the plastic that it is wrapped in, is also damaged in the same spot and manner as the item? This would mean that, as you stated - you wrapped it in plastic after purchase when we left, and as I stated- damaged after I purchased it. After finally seeing that indeed she was actually incorrect, and providing a headache due to her argumentative arrogance to every individual present, we received no resolution. She didn’t even apologize! We were not made whole, not offered a concession. We purchased a flawless bed, and did not receive one.
