Additional Edit 9/26/18 - I am unfortunately going to have to wash my hands of this salon. I went in for a basic pedicure before my engagement party that same night. The tech did not trim my nails whatsoever so they were extremely long. I specifically asked for a certain thing to be done 3 times an it was not. I didn't get a top coat on my polish, and the pedicure shoes were put on AFTER the entire pedicure (painting and all) was done. I will not be back, and this time for real. Please get it together Polish, I really used to enjoy coming here.

Preview review - I have been to this salon about 4 times and the first 3 were really great. Today's trip was not. I came in to get a set of acrylics just to add length to my nails as my natural nails are splitting and chipping. I do my own gel nails and have done so for the past 8 years, I just needed some length. I should not have told the girl who did them that I was getting gel elsewhere because she did an atrocious job. She didnt seem to care about the actual application process as they were chunky and totally uneven. On top of that she was not very nice. I tried to engage in conversation but she wasn't having it. 30 minutes of near silence while I watched her demolish my nails. When they were done they were much too thick and parts of the acrylic were sticking to my skin. Rather than having her fix them and endure another 20 minutes of awkward silence I just left. I spent 20 minutes at home trying to make them look at least presentable, needing to pull apart the places where it was attached to my skin. I doubt these will last me even a week as they are already starting to lift. What a waste of time and money. I will not be back here any time soon, and that's a bummer because my other experiences here were good, and the atmosphere is lovely.

UPDATE: It is now 7:30 PM, I got my nails done at noon. 2 acrylics have popped off. There is zero damage done to my natural nail and the popped off quite easily, so I know it was a case of the acrylic just not being applied correctly. I will be calling tomorrow to get...

Horrible work, I asked for a new set of acrylic the owner advised me to keep the old ones cause it's faster to work on what I have, so I kept the old set but cause I asked for a french he did a colour that does not match the color of my old acrylic the result is that even after filling you can clearly see the difference and the contrast, i also want a black french the technician did a horrible job. She stood a hour to do it! Add to this she was leaving blank spaces with no french i was literally showing her and telling her wha to do. She put a gel i never asked for that, on my nails with dirt of black polish she was seeing that there is spots of black polish on my nails but kept putting gel on the top!!!!!!! I have a horrible nails like that 😫 😕 😩 awful.

At first, I was really excited to see all the colors they had to choose from and from watching, all the nail techs seemed really nice. Tony did my nails and quickly changed my perspective. He left previous dip residue on my nails and I choose a light color so it showed. I stopped him two nails in because you could see the old nail polish. He was rough, not kind and literally FLEW through doing my nails. I understand that they were busy but I am paying for what should have been quality service. There was nail polish all along the sides of my nails, hair stuck to my nails in the gel polish. He had no concern for how I was doing. He used the drill so much my pinky nail was starting to burn.
