I’ve been shopping here for years! The prices are like no other! I can look good on a budget here. When in store make sure you try on your clothes so you make sure they fit and don’t have any flaws because you can’t return! Edit: 2 days after I wrote this review me and my mom had a horrible experience. Everytime I go I usually end up with a big handful of clothes (20+) because I really like the store but since I like to try everything on it takes me awhile in the dressing room. The bags hold almost nothing and I was dropping things while walking around and struggling to pick them up. Employees today were unhelpful didn’t even greet at the door. Once my mon was done trying on clothes I asked her to grab me a pair of pants in a diff size and when she walked over to the fitting room I asked her to button the back of something for me. We were immediately attacked by staff and accused of stealing. I have seen the same older woman who wears gloves at the fitting rooms hundreds of times. The quality and availability of desired sizes has gone downhill in recent years. This used to be a place you could count on finding a ton of trendy Express brand clothing and now it's mostly brands I've never heard of.

Definitely dig, a lot. I almost gave up with nothing in hand until I saw my size mixed in with clothes way too big for me. Then I was seeing that everything was jumbled together, across the board. I wound up finding a few nice items.

Always try it on and always triple check for damage, bad seams, stains, etc. You won't be able to return it and there's a reason most of those clothes are being sold at an extreme discount.

We absolutely love the store manager, Kristen! She is incredibly warm-hearted, always greeting and chatting with customers with a smile. She consistently goes above and beyond to help, even back when she was at the Delaware location. Kristen truly cares about her customers, loves what she does, and is amazing at her job.

Under her management, the Dublin store is always clean and welcoming. She and her team never rush customers out, even when we come in close to closing time—something that really sets this location apart from the Hilliard store.
