My wife ordered two items, not in stock, at a cost of approximately $700. A Mano charged us for the two items upfront. After a year, we still have not received the items, a refund, or store credit despite multiple attempts on our part. It turns out that store staff likely didn't even place the order for one of the items despite charging us. The owner of A Mano promised to rectify the situation, but has not done so. We attempted to follow-up and the standard response from the sales staff is that the owner will get in touch with us, but he does not. It is apparent that the owner either doesn't care enough to provide the lowest level of customer service or is actively defrauding people. If I could give less than a star, I would.
