CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! Today Saturday I went to this business, I live in the area have patronized this business numerous times but I always ignore the service. I’m big with customer service and believe that businesses are in business Because of the customer, not there product. I went in there to purchase lottery tickets. No one was there to assist so I patiently waited. The older guy came out, let me add I pay attention to facial expressions and body language and all of the above told me that he didn’t want to be bothered. After completing my purchase, I kindly asked him if he was the owner, he replied no with an attitude. I told him that he had bad customer service and that he need to be better at it. He replied with a “shut up and get out”. This is a terrible business, do not patronized and if you have a way to report the business please point me to the direction.
