Just left. Wasn’t greeted and wasn’t given a goodbye either, which is inconsequential I suppose. Popped in bc I needed a quick set to buy before I get to my solidcore class bc I had forgotten my workout set at home and I don’t live in DC. Tried on a set and needed a different size so I asked the young lady in the dressing room. Besides being completely ignored, I waited about 15mins for a different top that never came, had to run bc my class is coming up. I got redressed and left, without, again, acknowledgment from the young lady I asked the alternate size from, or the floor manager/sales associate. To add insult to injury, I knew there was a smaller size available so it wasn’t that they didn’t have it but let’s say they miraculously sold out the 5 small tops they had downstairs, the young lady, who was still in the dressing room when I left, never at least updated me to tell me she didn’t have my size. Hilariously, two girls followed me out who had been in the store as well, and had been warmly greeted and attended to. As we all waited for the light to change to be able to cross the street, they laughed about how overpriced and pretentious the store was. So just a note to the floor manager and the sales associates, retail 101, assist everyone, bc you’re there to make money. The people you helped laughed at you, and the person you ignored walked to the new Victoria’s Secret store and spent what was a guaranteed sale for you, at your competitors. Saved myself $100 too so it all worked out in the end for the best. I mean what can I expect, you guys have a 3 star rating, how horrible must you be at your very...
Read moreI visited the store on January 04, 2025. I walk to the 2nd floor, the men's section, to browse as I had planned on purchasing a pair of running shorts. The entire time that I viewed various pairs of shorts with different colors and waistbands not a single employee not one time offered me assistance. The point of customer service is to provide customer service. I was actively shopping and walking throughout the 2nd floor of the store. The cherry on top really was the cashier. She asks me if I have shopped with the brand before which I had online. She asks me for my email. Halfway through stating my email, she responds with a thumbs up as if she is annoyed and does not actually care to speak to me anymore so this comes across as blatantly rude with her flagrant gesture. For an athleisure brand that sells cashmere socks, nonetheless, the expectation is to be approached, acknowledged, and treated with respect. My review is getting 2 stars not because of the nonexistent poor and degrading customer service but because the store was aesthetically pleasing, bright, and clean. I will be purchasing items solely online for the foreseeable future....
Read moreI have several complaints about this particular location. From my experience, the staff are encouraged to assist customers promptly. They were collecting items and placing them in their dressing rooms.. Great! However, could you not follow me around? One particular sales associate, Bella, completely violated my personal space and was a little overzealous in assisting with my purchase. She reached for items before I was even finished looking at them. Polite but stern, I had to ask her to RELAX. My experience on Sunday was where I spent over $400 bucks was totally different than yesterday's experience where I also spent upward of $300 bucks. My first thought was to contact cooperate, which I still plan to do, but first, let me go to Google and leave my review. Moving forward, I will continue to take my business to Tysons Corner. The manager, whose name I forgot to get, is also rude and dismissive; Staffs folds clothes and acts as if they can't hear you when you ask a question. Maybe if you take the earpiece out of your ear, you'll be better equipped to...
