This chain employs 400+ people with disabilities and it’s not because it’s the “right” thing to do but because these folks are good at their jobs! You’ll be welcomed the moment you step inside of this “radically inclusive” space. ✅ ♿️ accessible entry (heavy door) and outdoor seating.

I asked the cashier about ordering an espresso and just got a blank look, like I was crazy to ask if they have espresso when it's not actually on their menu (but they serve lattes, etc.). Then he tried to hand me a pamphlet about what they do at the cafe, and it was just a very weird & borderline rude experience. Aaaaand then the espresso was watery and burnt-tasting, though my bf's dirty chai was much better. I'm not sure I'd ever come back here, but if I did, I'd go for a latte or other milk-heavy beverage.
