My review from 2024: Burger King is Burger King right? Hardly the height of gourmet goodness but great in a pinch (especially when you’re hangry and can’t decide what to eat). HOWEVER, for the past roughly 3 months, I’ve been going to this location at least once a week. My food has been consistently hot and fresh. I feel like this location deserves a shoutout for improving exponentially from my last review. I would like to specifically shoutout Daizy who is an absolute ray of sunshine. If you haven’t already given her one, she deserves a raise. There is another lady who sometimes works with her who I believe has red hair and wears glasses. I don’t know her name, but she is also lovely (I haven’t seen her recently though, so it’s possible she left. If for some reason you see this, I see you. Thank you for being pleasant). I rarely ever care enough to go back and change a review, but the staff at this location work hard and I feel like they deserve recognition. So thank you. Thank you for changing my opinion on this location, and Burger King in general.
My review from 3 years ago (which I stand by, because that was my experience): I went to pick up my order from the app like I always do. My order had a large fry on it from the app. I checked my order after it was handed to me. The guy at the window said “we can only go according to what is on the ticket” so I showed him my receipt on the app. It clearly said large fry. This idiot says “do you just wanna go back through the drive-thru and order a large fry?” How rude is that? Does he honestly think I have nothing better to do with my day and I’m so broke that I need to come to Burger King of all places and con my way into a free large fry?! I want the fry that I already ordered and paid for! So he gets someone who I’m assuming is the manager and I show her the receipt on the app too. She argues with me and says “that’s a different order” but when I pointed out it was the same order number she just said “take it up with the app”. I don’t know if they’re just this useless and rude towards black customers or all of them, but their customer service skills are non-existent. The experience was appalling and I’m never going back. Thank you BK app for refunding my...
Read moreI worked for this outfit and i have never seen a more gross restaurant in all my years of food service. The fryer grease was so thick with debris that it could not even drain to filter it. I was sick from the food and an employee commented sarceastically, "Have you seen the broiler?". Do yourself a favor and don't come here. The working conditions made me feel like a slave as they are understaffed. This place makes me sick and the employees are rude and demanding. I watched managers ignore customer complaints and hand them off to regular team members. This is outrageous and lazy on their responsibilities of directing a team. The dumpster area is slick and sticky with fryer grease and it stinks to high heaven. You can smell it from the drive thru. Don't come to Burger King in St. George. The same company (Russman) owns the chain of restaurants in the area. In fact, the health department needs to crack down on the unhygeinic and unsanitary environment in which the food is prepared. The employees lack professional manners and customer service skills that are necessary and quite basic. I will never forget what I saw here and my experience with the less than stellar working conditions. And to turn around and serve the public after seeing with my own eyes how awful they treat their positions and the uncleanliness in which they handle and prepare the food is of poor quality and needs attention. The manager looks like she has had a hard time and should be behind bars for the lack of care that she forces upon customers and coworkers and allows to to continue to take place. Please dont come here, if not for your own safety. They should label this place a biohazard and not fit for human consumption. I would not recommend Burger King if you are visiting the St. George area. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. That's how low of quality they expect you to settle for and pay for. Go somewhere else if you don't want to get sick especially if you have a light stomach. You are better off going hungry, and you got my word and...
Read morePlease do better... For the most part I enjoy your menu, and I can't stand that clown down the street over at the arches. So please don't keep passing off your sub par service to your guests either that or just go out of business already like the Saint George Blvd and Hurricane location did. Everytime I stop in I feel like you are toeing that line, so listen. Your brand isn't what it used to be. The public isn't engaged with your promos and Chetos Macaroni finger fries anymore possiblity never again... That sucks... This is where you come in, you do NOT have to make the community disengage from you like they have your brand. Pick up the slack that the corporation has dropped, just at your store is what I'm asking for with YOUR community. Be excited, happy, and energetic! Make has many people's day has you possiblity can! Sales have decreased and your slow, so instead of hanging out in the back come hangout with your people. You know the ones who come into the restaurant YOU ARE APART OF, and engage with us, become a part of our lifes and us, yours. Not just that punk at the window, or that picky customer that always complains. Be your GENUINE self growing a culture in your store that the community you serve wants to...
