I normally love blue mercury over sephora. There was a lot of construction going on outside so It was noisy at the dupont circle location. No one asked if i needed help. Horrible staff. I entered and asked about the price of a specific product. The person close to it didn't make any effort to tell me the price, just picked up the box as I had already decided to pay for it and try to push a number of other products (I didn't ask for) on me and that had no relation whatsoever to my skin issues. I visited the DuPont store in DC and Ilene w/ReVive was wonderful! She tactfully told me what my problems were, showed me solutions, tried a few items on me, demonstrated the techniques I would need to use when I got home and even included a few samples!!!
