Terrible business practices. We were previously repeat customers, but now none of us are going back. Was losing repeat customers worth it?

3 women. 2 of us chose the signature package at $110 (45 min feet reflexology and 15 min neck and shoulders). The 3rd asked for the signature package with an additional 15 min on the neck - they quoted $140 and said that included adding oil to her back (expensive upcharge for an additional 15 min and oil but she went for it). When the first two of us walked to the back we were accidentally led to the private rooms and reminded the lady we were doing the signature package so she took us to the shared room, which is where we've always gone. The massage itself was fine, though inconsistent and not what we expected. My lady kept leaving whenever the main door opened. Did she make up that time? No. I also didn't get the same amount of massage as my friend with the same package. My neck was only massaged while I was laying on my stomach. Then they told me to sit up and prepare for the feet. However, my friend (NOT the one who asked for additional time) was asked to turn over on her back at the end and then they continued massaging her neck and did numerous stretches with her legs. 2 of us never got that. Lastly, our feet reflexology was supposed to last 45 min...there's absolutely NO way they spent longer on the feet than our backs. I would guess it was about 20 min on our feet and 30 on our neck/back. The time they spend transitioning the furniture and filling the water buckets for the feet portion eats into the supposed 45 min.

When we came up to the front to pay my friend and I were told that it would be $193 including tip. I kept saying nooo, we specifically asked for the signature package and only the one friend asked for custom. We had even said it when they were leading us to the back! They didn't care. AND even though they originally said $140 for the custom massage, they charged $155 PLUS a MANDATORY 25% tip?? After you treated us like this? We know pre-added tips are becoming more common, but not 25%! We left paying $193 each when we planned on paying around $135 (with tip). Who would pay $200 for an over the clothing 60 min massage? Shady business. Overpriced....

Worst massage I ever had! I did a deep tissue and reflexology, and believe me, it's not that good pain you're gonna feel. It was tooooooo strong. I felt tense all the time and left feeling much worse than when I got there. Plus, I had a sore, painful body for 3 days!!! It felt like as if someone had beat me very hard. Another thing I didn't like at all was that when I was paying at the end, I didn't feel like leaving a big tip because I hated the massage. When this girl saw how much I gave her, she told me that the tip needed to be 20%. The tip needs to be how much I feel like! I just wanted to get out of that place so I went ahead and gave her the 20%, but felt completely wrong about that. Another thing is that you'll have to have a lot patience just to schedule an appointment because their English is terrible. I asked what kind of massage they had and the girl on the phone kept saying she didn't know. I knew it was because she couldn't understand my question. They should put someone who speaks and understands English better as a receptionist. I should have given up right at that phone call and save myself a lot of...

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLCE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD. I COME HERE ONCE A WEEK AND OVER THE LAST FEW TIMES I'VE BEEN CURIOUSLY ANNOYED AND THEN OFFENDED. I WORK IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY AND DO MY BEST FOR ALL MY CLIENTS AND DO NOT EXPECT A TIP BUT IF GIVEN I APPRECIATE IT. I WAS TOLD THE "MINIMUM TIP IS 30%" BY MY SERVICE PROVIDER YESTERDAY. I WAS SO OFFENDED. I GAVE HER A 30% TIP BUT APPARENTLY SHE COULDN'T ADD BUT REQUESTED % MORE DOLLARS FROM ME! I GAVE IT TO HER AND TOLD HER "I AM NEVER COMING BACK." THE LAST FEW TIMES I PAID IT WAS WIERD AT THE FRONT DSK BECAUSE I SAID 20-25% EXRA FOR TIP AND THE NUMBER THE SERVICE PROVIDER GAVE ME WAS ALWAYS HIGHER. THE TIME PREVIOUS TO THIS I SAID "NO," BUT THE OTHER TIMES IT HAPPENED I SAID "OK" NOT REALLY THINKING WHAT WSAS HAPPENING. ON ANOTHER OCCASION THE SERVICE CHARGED ME $45 MORE DOLLARS FOR 15 MINUTES MORE MASSAGE! THESE WOMEN ARE CROOKS AND THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CLIENTS. I WAS A LOYAL PATRON AND NOW I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE...
