Like one of a tenants has mentioned, the management team was very friendly, responsible, and easy to deal with. The building, however, has a very weird shape, making most of the units pretty poor in view and getting sunlight. Many of the units face towards the other portion of this building or another building, and all you can get is either to peep other residents or have other residents peep you. I spent months of my quarantine in a unit that faces the inner side of the building, and sunlight was completely block by this building and the other building opposing my windows. After finally figuring out that not knowing day and night shift had caused emotional and physical stress to myself, I moved out. So if you want to rent a unit here, BE SURE TO AVOID ANY UNITS THAT DO NOT FACE OPEN AIR.
Another problem that I am having is that the AC is not real AC. It is in the cool mode in the summer and in the warm mode in the winter. For fall and spring, the AC is off. So very often when there is a sudden cold weather on the days when AC is not in hot mode, you have to figure out a way to keep yourself from freezing (especially with the poor...
Read moreI lived in the apartment for a little more than a year and it was great in terms of location and proximity to places. The management is great and people are friendly.
Unfortunately, my experience with my landlord was not too great. I am yet to get my security deposit because despite getting the apartment cleaned the owner wants more money to clean it. It has been over 2.5 months now.
What I would like to advice someone wanting to live here is to:
Make sure your lease agreement has a clause that the landlord must inspect the apartment and sign a document stating if something needs to be replaced. It should be the landlord's responsibility as much as that of tenant's. Please take a lot of pictures on the day you vacate the premises.
Hope your experience turns out to be better...

Residents benefit from good front desk service and from a vintage heating and cooling system of radiators that are switched over on a set day in spring and fall. Doors are steel and therefore take some force to adjust the barrel hinges; water systems do not support in-room washers, but there is a basement laundry room; janitor service is good. The building’s solid with lathe and plaster walls, and good sound mitigation. The roof garden is popular and includes an arbor and some outdoor grill equipment, with attractive...
