I just wanted to share how great my experience was with Britni today. She was so patient and helpful. I had a few different issues to work through, and she took the time to walk me through each one without making me feel rushed.
What I really appreciate was I actually made a mistake on my account that ended up creating extra work for her, but she never once made me feel bad about it. Instead, she stayed calm, patient, and incredibly helpful the entire time. She went out of her way to fix the issues I caused and took the time to walk me through everything so I wouldn’t run into the same problem again. Even though I know I gave her additional tasks to handle, she treated me with kindness and professionalism from start to finish.

At least 4 hours of multiple calls, endless transfers, and research still no access. Reached out to the guy that opened my account in the branch, his response is for me to come to the branch. Why? So that the two of us can stair at the error I get on the phone/laptop?
The bank is incompetent, every call is at least 15 min wait. Wells Fargo is in the next block. Stay away...
