I have always really liked this place but I went in today to look for a birthday gift and was thoroughly unimpressed. The employess said nothing when my friend and I entered but stared us down while we were browsing. I checked a text on my phone while shopping and was snapped at to "stop taking photos" which I was not doing, and when I said I was just checking a text the employee rolled his eyes and kept shooting dirty looks until we left. I had intended to buy a game but the treatment I received changed my mind real quick. Definitely will not be returning...

Came to get balloons filled and were unsuccessful.

The employee said that he could not fill up our larger balloons because “it would use up his helium” but did not even ask us how many balloons we wanted filled. Isn’t the point of having helium to use it to fill balloons?

We would have been happy to pay more for the larger balloons, but price and quantity never even entered the discussion so clearly something else...

Unique gifts and party supplies. Very helpful staff. I was in a last minute crunch to find helium balloons on New Year’s Eve. I called and the worker talked me through their entire inventory and helped me pull together what I needed. I was so grateful for the extra time and attention, on what was already a busy day...
